We recognize that pets may be a part of your family, so we welcome cats and small dogs, who enjoy walking our grounds and the pet-friendly parks nearby. Hidden away in the center of a neighborhood we'd each lived in for years without seeing it, SFA is 12 South/Green Hill's best kept secret. Magnificent magnolias shade the entrance and keep this community quiet and private. We have enjoyed the old-world charm originating from the 1950's-60's design, the courtyard and quiet greenspaces. I could not ask for a better renting experience, I can't speak highly enough of Laurie and can't stop recommending this place to my friends. It is a gem, and has been a beautiful chapter in our lives."

Lease Terms

  • A 12-month Lease Agreement is required for all new residents. After the initial lease term, residents have the option of renewing for a 12-month period, or going on a month-to-month basis.
  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee, if required, must be submitted with each application.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit, if required, along with first month's rent, must be submitted at execution of lease agreement.
  • Pet Fee: Pets are allowed in select apartments. We accept cats and small dogs with a 20-lb. weight limit. There is a maximum of two pets per apartment. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 must be submitted at time of move in.
